Blueberry/Lemon Preserve

A combination of wild blueberries for flavor and and conventional ones for texture. We break our rule of only using fresh produce as the wild blueberries have so much more flavor than the conventional ones. We add some freshly grated lemon rind for vibrancy and Sorrento lemon peel for a little bit of chew.
