On line payments are not possible at this time.  If you would like to purchase our products, please contact us at onelastbitellc@gmail.com to arrange a purchase.

Our products are processed in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may also process common food allergens. For any safety concerns you can contact us as well as the City of Evanston, Illinois Health Department where we are registered.  For safety and aesthetic reasons the preserves should be eaten within 8 months.

All preserves, pickles, chutneys or other food in jars, whether commercially made or made in a home kitchen should be inspected before consumption. When you open the jar you should hear the seal pop and feel resistance when opening the jar. When you look at the contents they should be free of mold. If you don’t hear the seal pop or feel resistance when opening the jar it means the vacuum is broken and the jar should be discarded. If you find mold on the top of the jar, throw the whole jar away and notify the manufacturer. If this affects a jar you have purchased from us please contact us immediately. We will inspect the jar and either refund your money or replace the jar, whatever your preference.
