Store Policies

PAYMENT

We are sorry but on line payments are not possible at this time. Cash payment are required at time of pick up for preserves or Zelle can be arranged in advance of pick up. Preserves must be picked up within 5 business days if paying by cash, otherwise the sale will be voided and the preserves put back in stock. Baked goods must be prepaid.

DELIVERY

All products are to be picked up in Northwest Evanston, IL at a mutually convenient time.  Our address will be given once you contact us to arrange payment. 

SHIPPING

Please forgive us but we don’t ship at this time as the costs are prohibitive.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges.

We do not accept returns unless there is something physically wrong with the product.  If there appears to be something wrong with the product please bring it to us.  We will inspect it and if there is something wrong with it we will either refund your money or replace the product, whatever you prefer.
