Raspberry, Apricot/Walnut, Chocolate Macaroons

A rif on the traditional macaroons, these coconut based macaroon have the addition of fresh raspberries and a sprinkling of freeze dried raspberries, or apricots and walnuts, or cocoa powder and chocolate.  For an additional charge the bottoms can be dipped in either dark or white chocolate.
